Return Policy and Warranties:
1. All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund within 7 day of purchase. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
2. Items returned which are not in new and resellable condition will not be granted a refund.
3. Opened and unused items are eligible for a complimentary, one-time exchange.

We reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we deem there is repeat abuse of our policies.

• Please contact us and provide order number, which product/s you’d like to return and why.
• You will get a confirmation to inform if the return request qualifies and is approved or not approved.
• If it is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

For hygienic reasons, only new and unused items are accepted for returns and exchanges.

We shall bear the freight for the return of the products due to the quality of the products or the damaged packages

The return of goods that produces because of buyer oneself reason is borne by buyer oneself freight

When will I receive my refund?

Our warehouse team will process your return as it’s received, and we’ll  refund to your original form of payment within 7 days. It’s best to provide us with a tracking number for your return or exchange package so we can anticipate your return.

How do I get my items exchanged?

You do not have to wait for an exchange to be processed. Simply contact us for return and when we approved, place a new order on our website. When we received the return items,we will refund to you as soon as possible.
